Program Analyst
Salary Range: $72,000 – $98,000 annually

The Program Analyst supports data‑driven planning, analytics, and project execution for long‑term space and facility planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
· • Attend Space Management Team meetings and working groups.
· • Conduct database research and collaborate with Informatics.
· • Analyze data and develop charts, dashboards, and visual products.
· • Translate space requirements into long‑term project plans.
· • Support site surveys and space move planning.
· • Review assessments for compliance with federal standards.
Minimum Qualifications
· • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in data analytics and 1+ year in project management.
· • Knowledge of SQL, R or SAS, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
· • Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
· • Experience with GIS (ArcGIS preferred).
· • Strong communication skills.
Physical Requirements
· • Extended periods of computer‑based work.
· • Occasional on‑site surveys.
Employment Requirements
· • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
· • Background check may be required.
